GO Centers are locally-managed college and career awareness centers that focus on fostering a college-going culture by providing a place where students and their parents have Internet access as well as personal guidance from a college mentor, community member, or other adult to:
- explore career interests and aptitudes;
- access information on colleges;
- learn about college life;
- improve study skills;
- prepare for college entrance examinations;
- get help to complete college applications; and
- get help to complete financial aid applications.
